Hey everyone,
After spending the last few months using Hidemium daily across multiple automation and account management tasks, I thought I’d share some unexpected things I learned along the way — especially for those still deciding between different anti-detect browsers.
What Surprised Me
1. Profile Stability Was Better Than Expected
I’ve used Multilogin and Incogniton before. Hidemium’s profile stability — especially session persistence — was a lot more reliable than I thought. Some test sessions stayed logged in for over 3 weeks without breaking cookies.
2. Prompt Script AI Is Not Just a Gimmick
At first I thought natural-language scripting wouldn’t replace traditional JS or Playwright scripts. I was wrong. For 80% of daily tasks (logins, form fill, navigation), prompt scripting is faster and easier to maintain. Especially useful for team members who aren’t technical.
3. Bulk Profile Creation by Cookie Saves Hours
I used to manually create dozens of profiles just to load cookies. Now I can bulk import all my cookie files and get usable sessions in one go. This is a game-changer for campaign ops or growth projects.
4. Not All Proxies Work the Same
Funny enough — when using lower-quality proxies, Prompt Script AI struggled more (likely due to slower page load or mismatches in geo/fingerprint). Once I switched to better rotating 4G or static residential proxies, success rate improved.
What I Use Hidemium For (Daily)
- Managing 50+ social/email/ad accounts for product testing
- Running onboarding flows and form QA
- Claiming airdrops or early access campaigns
- Running headless automation from cloud machines
- Occasionally reselling warmed-up profiles with cookies
A Tip I Wish I Knew Earlier
Use the “Without Proxy” mode in testing. It’s faster when you’re just debugging flows. Save your proxy bandwidth for production runs.
Also: keep prompts simple, like “Wait for page to load. Click blue button. Enter email. Submit form.” The simpler the language, the better Prompt AI performs.
Let’s Trade Notes
- What are your favorite hidden tricks in Hidemium?
- Have you used the new 4.1.0 update features (bulk proxy delete, cloud → local sync)?
- Anyone using it with non-web workflows like extension-based scraping or e-commerce QA?
I’d love to hear from other users who’ve moved from traditional scripts to prompt-based workflows.
Let’s keep the ideas flowing.
