I work in a small family business (coffee shops) where I see opportunities for admin items to become automated but there is some resistance to change which is frustrating but also understandable. Why mess with something that “works” and is less expensive than new technologies…so my question is:
What did you automate or improve within your cafe/restaurant that was a game changer in driving sales or saving resources (time and money) that you were resistant to at first? What changed your mind?
