Ask where to buy hotmail forever like the gmailcheap page used to sell

I need to buy a few hundred hotmails to live forever.
I used to buy them from Gmailcheap but now the site owner says they don’t sell them anymore

If anyone knows where to buy them, please let me know. Thanks a lot
